6 Months Free Payroll Offer, then $29/month for Small Teams

This promotion (the “Offer”) is valid for new and existing Homebase customers not currently on a paid Payroll plan with teams of 5 or less, including the account owner, who complete payroll setup by 12/15/2026 and run their first payroll between 9/15/2026 and 1/20/2027 (the “Offer Period”). The Offer is applied automatically on the first payroll run.

Payroll is free for 6 months beginning with the first payroll run made on or before 1/20/2027. Payroll stays free during the 6-month period even if your team grows, for up to 50 employees paid. After the 6-month free period, Payroll is $29/month + $6 per employee paid, instead of the standard $49/month + $6 per employee paid. Eligibility for the $29 price is determined at the time you are billed. If you pay more than 5 employees at that time, standard pricing applies. If payroll is not run by 1/20/2027, the Offer does not apply and standard pricing begins.
