This promotion (the “Offer”) is valid for new Homebase customers who complete payroll setup by December 15, 2025 and run their first payroll between October 1, 2025 and January 31, 2026 (the “Offer Period”). The Offer applies to all locations added during this time. Customers must complete checkout with a valid credit card after the 14-day Homebase free trial.

The Plus plan is free for [6] months starting at checkout, and Payroll is free for [6] months beginning with the first payroll run made on or before January 31, 2026. Payroll is free for up to 50 employees, with $6/month per employee thereafter. If payroll is not run by January 31, 2026, the Offer does not apply and standard pricing begins February 1, 2026.
