Export timesheets from Homebase that are formatted for Paychex Flex or Paychex Preview to make payroll prep a breeze.

Setting Up the Integration

Paychex is a partial integration — timesheets formatted for Paychex Flex or Paychex Preview can be downloaded manually from Homebase.

Sign into your Homebase account.
Select the Settings tab in the left menu.
Select Payroll from the navigation bar on the left.
Select Paychex as your payroll provider.
Click Connect.
Select Yes if asked to change your provider.

How to Export Timesheets

Go to the Timesheets tab in Homebase.
Set the date range for the pay period.
Click Download in the upper right corner.
Select the Paychex formatted timesheet (Flex or Preview).
Upload the downloaded file to your Paychex account.
