How to Connect Homebase with QuickBooks Online Plus

1. Sign in to your Homebase account.
2. Select Settings in the left menu.
3. Select Payroll in the left navigation.
4. Click Connect next to QuickBooks.
5. Select Yes.
6. You will be redirected to the QuickBooks login screen to connect your account.
7. To add your team once connected, select Team in the left menu, then select Add in the top right, and Import from QuickBooks.

How to Export Timesheets to QuickBooks Online Plus

1. Sign in to your Homebase account.
2. Select the Timesheets tab in the left menu.
3. Set the date range in the upper left to the desired beginning and ending dates.
4. Click Download in the upper right corner of the page.
5. Select Payroll Summary for QuickBooks.
6. Select Download Formatted for QuickBooks on the bottom right.
7. Your timesheets will now appear within your QuickBooks.

Important Notes

• We recommend adding new employees to QuickBooks first.
• Each Homebase location must be connected individually.
• QuickBooks can only sync with one Homebase location at a time.
• If you had a payroll ID from another provider, remove it before syncing.
