Before stepping into her implementation role, Cambria supported Homebase customers as a Customer Care & Payroll Support Specialist, providing technical and product support and guiding business owners through payroll, scheduling, and platform-related questions. This foundation in customer and technical support shapes the way she leads onboarding today—combining deep Homebase knowledge with her payroll expertise.

As a certified payroll professional with a Fundamentals of Payroll Certification (FPC), Cambria leads clients through data gathering, tax configuration, employee onboarding, and first-payroll execution—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth transition from start to finish. Her background in event management and operations brings detail-driven precision and exceptional customer service to every project.
