This promotion (the "Offer") is valid for new Homebase Payroll customers who complete payroll setup and run their first payroll by July 15, 2026. The Offer applies to customers who sign up during the Offer Period (May 11, 2026 through July 15, 2026). Payroll setup time varies — we recommend completing setup by July 15, 2026 to qualify.

Payroll is free for 3 months beginning with the first payroll run made on or before July 15, 2026, including per-employee fees. If payroll is not run by July 15, 2026, the Offer does not apply and standard pricing begins immediately.
